What you will do

• Own delivery strategy for large multi-workstream AI programs from kickoff to business adoption.
• Serve as senior executive partner for customers, managing governance, resourcing, and issue resolution.
• Guide technical, product, engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams across complex environments.
• Drive executive readouts, steering committees, and influence prioritization and roadmaps.
• Mentor project and program managers while navigating ambiguity and multi-team dynamics.

Requirements

• 15+ years managing enterprise technology programs, with extensive AI/GenAI delivery experience
• Lead full-lifecycle AI/GenAI programs including conversational AI, LLMs, NLU, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Proven executive-level communication, relationship management, and strategic decision-making
• Expertise in MS Project, Salesforce, Power BI, Rocketlane; PMP required, PgMP or AI PMI preferred
• Strong financial analysis, risk mitigation for AI safety/governance/compliance, and cost optimization
