What you will do

• Develop expertise in unique challenges, regulations, and compliance standards for public sector organizations.
• Tailor automation solutions using the hirify.global platform to meet precise regulatory and security requirements of government clients.
• Conduct targeted technical product demonstrations showcasing operational improvements and cost savings.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Design, configure, and execute tailored Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for public sector entities.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to navigate complex procurement processes and develop sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experience working with US Federal government or Public Sector accounts.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in SaaS, AI, Agentic AI, and/or RPA.
• Proven experience in customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
