Focus on leading technical evaluations, developing demos and prototypes, driving process innovations, and influencing product strategy through customer insights.

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Berlin, or Cologne (office twice a week)

What you will do

• Act as technical strategist for high-impact enterprise accounts, shaping architecture and integration roadmaps.
• Lead complex sales cycles including technical discovery, proofs of concept, and RFP responses.
• Develop and deliver demos, prototypes, and presentations for business and technical audiences.
• Create scalable frameworks, workflows, and enablement content for the team.
• Drive technical enablement, process innovations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Guide account executives, represent in cross-functional discussions, and foster client partnerships.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English required; additional languages (French, Italian, Japanese) a strong advantage.
• 8+ years professional experience, 5+ in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS/cloud.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles and customer evaluations/proofs-of-concept.
• Deep technical proficiency with REST APIs, IAM, SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID, and SaaS integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, security, risk, and compliance processes.
• Thrive in scale-up environment with evolving processes and ambiguity.

• Additional language skills: French, Italian, or Japanese.
