What you will do
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on DevOps needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Present and demonstrate hirify.global's DevOps solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and hirify.global.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position hirify.global in the market.
Requirements
- Proven success: 3+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to C-level and senior executives, with a proven ability to exceed quotas.
- Deep understanding of DevOps or adjacent technologies.
- Experience with proven sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Strong consultative sales approach, nurturing client relationships.
- Location: Must be located in Germany.
- Language: Must be able to fluently speak/read/write German and English.
