Location: Philadelphia territory, highly field-based (70–80% travel including local day trips and multi-night regional travel; occasional travel outside region; car or flight flexibility required.
Salary: $52,125 to $81,000 base (plus performance bonuses and incentives).

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new merchant businesses to grow the network in your territory.
- Execute field-first approach: daily merchant visits, local events, and relationship nurturing with industry insiders.
- Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints from outreach to negotiation and close.
- Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets while tracking metrics in Salesforce.
- Act as local market expert to spot untapped opportunities aligned with customer demand.
Requirements
- 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
- Full-cycle sales expertise focused on conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with proven quota/OKR exceedance in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
