What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses to grow the merchant network in the assigned territory.
- Execute a field-first approach with daily merchant visits and attendance at local industry events.
- Own the full sales cycle, utilizing in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
- Achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Analyze the local market to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and track performance metrics within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be based in New Orleans, LA to perform high-frequency field travel (70–80%).
