What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses to grow the merchant network in the assigned territory.
  • Execute a field-first approach with daily merchant visits and attendance at local industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle, utilizing in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Analyze the local market to identify untapped growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and track performance metrics within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in New Orleans, LA to perform high-frequency field travel (70–80%).
