What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness/wellness businesses in assigned Maine territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits, attend local events, and build relationships with community insiders.
  • Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual methods.
  • Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
  • Act as local market expert to spot opportunities aligned with demand.
  • Track pipeline and metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with inside sales skills
  • Full-cycle sales expertise focused on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organization, and time management.
  • Self-motivated with proven quota exceedance in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable with 70–80% travel (car/flight, local and regional)
