What you will do

• Lead supplier engagement for the VMS Phase 2 initiative to optimize contingent labor procurement.
• Drive the enablement, onboarding, and integration of suppliers into the Fieldglass platform.
• Design and execute wave-based rollout plans with strong governance and tracking.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure seamless supplier adoption.
• Identify and resolve friction points in supplier processes to minimize transactional friction.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and readiness reviews for diverse vendor populations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supplier enablement, vendor management, procurement transformation, or VMS/ERP implementation.
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Experience supporting large-scale system rollouts or change initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Deep understanding of contingent workforce or services procurement processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating training and enablement materials.
