What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional device engineering teams to deliver silicon manufacturing solutions aligned with PDK specifications.
• Manage change processes within device engineering and ensure timely reporting to customers.
• Collaborate with technology development teams to meet milestones throughout development cycles.
• Guide foundry customers through early project phases and technology adoption.
• Develop innovative solutions across multifunctional teams beyond traditional device applications.
• Foster strong customer relationships throughout the product lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a STEM major.
• 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in data query, cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with wafer fab environments and device/yield analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of process impacts to devices and relevant interactions.
• Must be based in the US (Arizona or Oregon) for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in 300mm startup and ramp of advanced logic process technologies.
• Experience with semiconductor devices beyond digital applications.
• Knowledge of process control, materials analysis techniques, and continuous improvement projects.
