What you will do

• Build and manage a team of complex sub-system, co-processor, accelerator, and SoC engineers.
• Develop strategies and drive the IP roadmap for multiple SoCs from product definition through productization.
• Establish design methodologies and infrastructure for cutting-edge semiconductor processes and networking bandwidth.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and program management teams for execution.
• Provide technical mentoring and drive improvements in automation and design techniques.
• Own schedules, budget rationalization, and reporting of progress metrics.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in EE, CE, or CS.
• 15+ years of RTL and/or verification experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a design team.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain engineering talent and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in all design phases from concept through productization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
