What you will do

• Own and scale flagship talent development programs focusing on career growth, manager enablement, and onboarding.
• Design and implement AI-enabled learning experiences, including copilots, assistants, and personalized pathways.
• Transition learning programs from event-based workshops to continuous, embedded development in the flow of work.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to translate business problems into scalable development solutions.
• Experiment with agentic learning using AI agents and automation to support employees and leaders in real time.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify skill gaps, measure program effectiveness, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience owning global learning or talent programs in fast-paced or scaling organizations.
• Proven experience building scalable systems for onboarding, manager development, or leadership acceleration.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools (copilots, automation, analytics) to improve learning experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in technology or high-growth environments strongly preferred.
