Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans for strategic accounts.
• Drive Falcon Flex adoption and consumption, partnering with sales to expand use within accounts.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact to customers.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) for CXO-level stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and enable cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in security software solutions.
• Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and financial/business acumen.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and flexible licensing models.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for customer and internal meetings.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
