Salary: $231,200 - $340,000 OTE (base salary + commission + equity)

What you will do
- Meet sales quotas by executing detailed sales campaigns and achieving quarterly/annual targets with a measurable process
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, strategic networking, and leveraging partners
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships while navigating and closing complex enterprise deals
- Develop deep insights into customer use cases, decision-making, budget cycles, and business drivers
- Analyze competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
- Provide product feedback to cross-functional teams for continuous improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years full sales cycle experience selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions to SLED clients across the Western US
- Expertise in multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, channel partners, LinkedIn, and networking
- Established relationships with senior cyber buyers and ability to leverage network for introductions
- Strategic selling with account planning and clear sales process (MEDDPICC preferred)
- History of consistent quota achievement and delivering against targets
- Understanding of complex sales processes and enterprise business drivers
