What you will do

• Chart and execute the tokenization strategy, including digital wallets and virtual card issuance.
• Collaborate with Fraud teams and TSYS partners to eliminate spending roadblocks and unexpected declines.
• Design intuitive self-service flows for card replacement and instant digital issuance.
• Manage transaction enrichment by selecting and implementing vendors to clarify billing information.
• Improve card delivery processes to reduce customer support inquiries.
• Develop a roadmap that balances rapid backend iterations with high card network reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience in the credit card or financial services ecosystem, specifically regarding authorizations and spending journeys.
• Working knowledge of card processors like TSYS and Visa network requirements.
• Direct experience collaborating with Fraud or Risk teams to balance security and usability.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with tokenization, digital wallet provisioning, or virtual card issuance.
• Proven success with transaction data cleansing or enrichment vendors.
• Experience spanning both deep backend infrastructure and frontend customer communications.
• Ability to lead teams through technical shifts or vendor transitions.
