TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling a unified refunds and disputes platform for 's card products with an accent on customer-facing experiences and internal operations tooling. Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own and improve the end-to-end refunds and disputes platform across all products.
- Design customer-facing self-service flows and internal tooling for customer operations teams.
- Build AI- and ML-powered systems, such as automated dispute adjudication, to reduce losses and contact rates.
- Define a clear product vision and roadmap informed by market trends and behavioral data.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to drive cross-functional progress.
- Define success metrics and use experimentation to drive continuous performance improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in the card payments ecosystem (fintech, issuing/acquiring banks, processors, or networks).
- Must be based in Canada.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from operators to executives.
- Strong data-driven product judgment and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience building scaled customer support platforms or internal tooling.
- Experience with AI-driven service operations.
