Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and improve the end-to-end refunds and disputes platform across all hirify.global products.
• Design customer-facing self-service flows and internal tooling for customer operations teams.
• Build AI- and ML-powered systems, such as automated dispute adjudication, to reduce losses and contact rates.
• Define a clear product vision and roadmap informed by market trends and behavioral data.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to drive cross-functional progress.
• Define success metrics and use experimentation to drive continuous performance improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in the card payments ecosystem (fintech, issuing/acquiring banks, processors, or networks).
• Must be based in Canada.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Strong data-driven product judgment and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience building scaled customer support platforms or internal tooling.
• Experience with AI-driven service operations.
