Location: Hybrid (Offices across Europe, HQ in Vilnius); 2 days in the office are recommended.

Salary: €82,600 - €111,800 gross per year

What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmap collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including legal, security, and third-party providers.
• Take accountability for product success using the OKR framework.
• Develop a reliable and trustworthy payments ecosystem to support global growth.
• Conduct product discovery and define detailed requirements with trade-off analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical product management.
• Strong understanding of the technical product development lifecycle and tech debt management.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from user feedback to post-launch.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate them into product improvements.
• Experience with product strategy and market analysis.
• English: Proficiency required for working in a multinational European environment.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Payments.
• Knowledge of Fraud management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
