What you will do

• Own the card product strategy, including target segments, value propositions, fee structures, and rewards.
• Lead the strategic push for Tilt Essentials to prove scalability and shape its roadmap and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Card pods to implement in-market changes that enhance customer experience and economics.
• Partner with acquisition credit and growth marketing to ensure sustainable and profitable expansion.
• Advocate for cardmembers across customer support and credit policy teams to improve outcomes.
• Utilize data, SQL, and intuition to align customer behavior with long-term product performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Deep analytical strength with the ability to use SQL on a day-to-day basis.
• Proven experience in the credit card industry, specifically in product strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Highly organized and autonomous, capable of managing ambiguous, high-impact projects.
