Salary: $145,000 - $200,000 (total cash compensation; NYC: $181,250 - $250,000)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and multi-year vision for B2B product suite, focusing on Mortgage PPE Loantek pricing engine.
• Develop modernization roadmap for pricing logic, integrations, and systems to handle scale, complexity, and refinance surges.
• Lead cross-functional squad, partner with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders for cohesive platform execution.
• Manage and coach 3 direct reports, providing feedback on discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Define success metrics for platform scalability, pricing effectiveness, and advertiser outcomes; iterate based on insights.

Requirements

• Ownership of home lending pricing engine or PPE, ideally mortgage/refinance.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate logic, eligibility, margins, and advertiser dynamics.
• Experience with pricing platforms like Optimal Blue, Mortech.
• Proven modernization of complex legacy platform systems.
• Technical background in backend/platform systems; strong product leadership with 12–24 month horizon.
• Experience leading PMs or readiness for people leadership; influence cross-functional teams.
