TL;DR

Lead Product Manager - Risk & Compliance (Fintech): Define product vision and strategy for risk management and compliance capabilities across payment and financial service life cycle flows with an accent on emerging risks and evolving regulatory requirements. Focus on leading cross-functional teams to design and launch features, analyze market and regulatory data for insights, and iterate solutions based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Location: Draper, UT or San Jose, CA, United States (remote-eligible but must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship)

San Jose pay range $169,500 - $203,400 USD; Draper UT pay range $144,100 - $172,900 USD

What you will do

  • Define product vision and strategy for risk management and compliance in payment and financial services
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch features addressing risks and regulations
  • Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify opportunities and vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, legal, and partners to deliver solutions
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Monitor performance, implement metrics, and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • 6+ years in product management driving risk and compliance initiatives in payments or financial services
  • 6+ years launching Risk and Compliance controls for onboarding, identity, and profile management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data for decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of regulations and trends: Sanctions, KYC/KYB, AUP, Transaction Monitoring
