Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end deal execution, including data room administration and diligence tracking across legal, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, synergy models, and returns analysis (IRR).
• Prepare investment analyses and executive presentations for board members summarizing deal rationale and risk assessments.
• Coordinate directly with outside counsel, financial advisors, and target management teams.
• Maintain a live database of acquisition and investment targets to support strategic pipeline tracking.
• Assist in post-close integration planning to ensure deal value is realized and success metrics are tracked.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking (associate level) or corporate development.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Proven experience managing M&A processes and diligence coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex information into executive materials.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hawthorne, CA.
• Active security clearance or eligibility is preferred.
