What you will do

• Work with senior bankers on business development, deal sourcing, and transaction execution including M&A and capital offerings.
• Supervise and mentor investment banking analysts on work product and technical analysis.
• Develop financial models, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Interact with clients and senior executives during transactions.
• Travel for client meetings, conferences, and recruiting efforts.
• Participate in a four-year industry-focused program with mentorship and training.

Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA not required)
• Transaction experience in Aerospace & Defense or Government Services preferred
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, corporate finance, and accounting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Flexibility for long hours, nights, weekends, and travel
• Securities licenses (SIE, Series 79/7, 63) preferred; required upon hiring if not held
