What you will do

• Work with senior bankers on business development, deal sourcing, and transaction execution including M&A and capital offerings.
• Supervise and mentor investment banking analysts on work product and technical analysis.
• Lead development of financial models, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Interact with clients and executives during transaction execution.
• Travel for client meetings, conferences, and recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• Locations: Portland, OR or New York, NY
• 3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong financial modeling, corporate finance, and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Capital IQ and PitchBook proficiency a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects and long hours.
• Securities licenses (SIE, Series 79/7, 63) preferred.
