What you will do

• Serve as FP&A lead for Latin America logistics, building business cases for market entry and shaping long-term strategy.
• Create and improve processes, financial models, and Power BI dashboards for insights.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows, analytics, and dashboarding.
• Develop KPI-driven models for retailer cost-to-serve and network efficiency.
• Translate financial data into decision-ready insights for leadership on investments and strategy.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for logistics P&L elements like freight and warehousing.
• Drive process improvements with finance and cross-functional partners to reduce cycle time and boost accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in FP&A, Accounting, Data Analysis, or related role.
• Strong communication to present complex topics to non-finance audiences.
• Understanding of logistics network operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• Fluency or proficiency in AI (e.g., large language models).
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
