What you will do
- Own post-launch success for strategic partners, building relationships and monitoring health metrics like utilization and risks.
- Drive product adoption, develop action plans for friction points, and contribute to business reviews with data insights.
- Coordinate internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering) as quarterback to resolve issues and ensure accountability.
- Escalate complex issues, capture feedback, and identify root causes for recurring problems.
- Spot expansion opportunities like cross-sell/upsell using performance data and partner needs.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Partner/Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sale role in FinTech, Payments, or SaaS
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, ISVs, ISOs, and acquiring ecosystems
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships strategically
- Proven track record driving adoption, health improvement, risk reduction, and revenue growth
- Analytical skills to interpret data and create action plans
- Cross-functional leadership and excellent communication for reviews/escalations
- Comfort in fast-paced environment; US work authorization required
