Location: Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week required

What you will do

  • Coordinate high-volume complex interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace
  • Handle all scheduling logistics for phone screens, remote, and onsite interviews
  • Master the Greenhouse ATS to move candidates efficiently through the pipeline
  • Build partnerships with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates for optimal experience
  • Identify process challenges and implement improvements to workflows
  • Leverage AI tools to automate scheduling, communications, and admin tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) for all organizational levels
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-demand situations professionally
  • Comfort with multiple software tools and quick learning of new systems
  • Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and proactive use for efficiency
  • Excitement to experiment with AI in recruiting operations
