What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level retail opportunities from prospecting to contract signature.
• Define and refine the go-to-market strategy to productize and differentiate retail media services.
• Foster strategic relationships with RMN partners like Amazon and Walmart and retail media tech providers.
• Act as a senior strategic partner for prospects, leveraging retail data (AMC, Scintilla) to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product teams to inform the development of AI-driven retail applications within the Kip platform.
• Partner with Media COE leads to integrate retail media into broader omnichannel strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Deep expertise in the retail media landscape, including Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC) or Walmart Connect.
• Ability to develop 3-5 year growth plans considering the impact of AI and evolving consumer behavior.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior executive interactions.
• Entrepreneurial grit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be located in or able to work from Philadelphia, USA
