Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 base + 10% target bonus (Total cash: $154,000 - $176,000)

What you will do

• Own full sales cycle for enterprise retail opportunities from prospecting to close, focusing on high-growth advertisers.
• Build and monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and projections.
• Refine retail media GTM strategy and productize services.
• Foster relationships with RMN partners like Amazon, Walmart and retail media tech partners.
• Provide consultative expertise on leveraging retail data for business outcomes.
• Represent as retail media SME at events, press, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with product and media teams on innovations and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital advertising sales with track record of multi-million dollar deals.
• Deep expertise in retail media: Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC), Walmart Connect or similar.
• Strategic vision for 3-5 year growth plans considering AI and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional presentation skills to explain complex data to executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environment.
