What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth integration for new hires into the team.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Create and update internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant environment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to track pipeline progress and maintain recruitment momentum.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Ashby.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll, benefits, and employee services.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
