What you will do
- Own inbound leads from MQL to closed deal: demo, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close
- Run 3-5 product demos per week, tailoring to buyer personas like HR Director, CHRO, CIO
- Manage 15-25 active opportunities across 4-7 month sales cycles with rigorous pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
- Provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing
- Develop market intelligence on competitive positioning, buying processes, and objection handling
Requirements
- Fluent Polish + professional English (C1) — some clients and materials are bilingual
- Proven track record closing B2B SaaS deals with numbers (win rate, deal size, quota)
- Experience running full-cycle sales from demo to signed contract
- Ability to run compelling demos and tailor messaging to stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills for 6-figure C-level contracts
- Self-starter with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and structured sales methodology experience
Nice to have
- Experience selling to HR, Internal Comms, or IT decision-makers
- Background in Employee Experience, HR Tech, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or consultative selling frameworks
- Track record in SMB and mid-market deals
