TL;DR

Account Executive (Mid-Market) (AI Employee Experience): Convert inbound leads into revenue for an AI-powered platform used by large CEE enterprises with an accent on full-cycle sales, demos, and negotiations. Focus on tailoring presentations to HR Directors, CHROs, CIOs, managing 15-25 opportunities, and closing 6-figure contracts.

AI-powered Employee Experience Platform used by enterprises like Żabka, PKO Bank Polski, T-Mobile, Decathlon, and Deutsche Vermögensberatung (DVAG) to transform internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.

What you will do

  • Own inbound leads from MQL to closed deal: demo, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Run 3-5 product demos per week, tailoring to buyer personas like HR Director, CHRO, CIO
  • Manage 15-25 active opportunities across 4-7 month sales cycles with rigorous pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
  • Provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing
  • Develop market intelligence on competitive positioning, buying processes, and objection handling

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish + professional English (C1) — some clients and materials are bilingual
  • Proven track record closing B2B SaaS deals with numbers (win rate, deal size, quota)
  • Experience running full-cycle sales from demo to signed contract
  • Ability to run compelling demos and tailor messaging to stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills for 6-figure C-level contracts
  • Self-starter with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and structured sales methodology experience

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to HR, Internal Comms, or IT decision-makers
  • Background in Employee Experience, HR Tech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or consultative selling frameworks
  • Track record in SMB and mid-market deals
