What you will do

• Install and repair scientific instrumentation manufactured by Luminex Corporation at customer locations within a multi-state region.
• Perform daily service repairs and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies while managing expense accounts and service tools.
• Utilize CRM systems to document all service calls, reporting trends, and corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with field service technical standards and company policies.
• Meet departmental expectations regarding response time, PM completion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree (AS, AA, BS) in Electronics or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Field Service, In-house Biomed, or a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of electronic measuring equipment and high mechanical aptitude.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the residential country.
• Valid Passport or eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel 40-60%, including international travel on short notice.
