Salary: $21.00 - $26.00 hourly

What you will do
- Travel to customer sites to evaluate claims, deliver courteous service, and document findings with photos.
- Articulate service solutions, perform on-site repairs using approved techniques, and meet timeframes.
- Communicate with Regional Product Representative on site visits and product issues.
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment; follow safety policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL area with valid Driverβs License and ability to pass MVR check
- High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in field service, customer service, or trade preferred.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, twist; operate power tools safely; accurate color perception.
- Google Suites, Salesforce; professional appearance required.
