TL;DR

Location: Boise, United States (onsite with up to 100% travel required)

What you will do

  • Install, service, or upgrade equipment onsite at customer locations including mailing systems, document systems, parcel lockers, and addressing systems
  • Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify solutions for effective equipment functioning
  • Configure hardware and embedded software components post-installation
  • Perform routine maintenance and testing on technology equipment
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on proper operation and maintenance
  • Manage stock of replacement parts, maintain tools, and keep clients updated on progress

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift 50lbs
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1+ years customer service experience preferred; 3+ years electrical/mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and repair preferred
  • Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, electronic components, and mid-to-advanced level equipment
  • Effective communication with customers, sales, and teams; ability to work independently and multitask

Nice to have

  • Experience with mail-related equipment or parcel lockers
  • Ability to mentor/train junior technicians
