Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €36,000–€46,000 annually, to be discussed.

hirify.global is a self-funded product company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner for mobile and web users.

What you will do

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing, translating findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design consistent experiences across iOS, Android, and web platforms while following platform-specific guidelines.
• Own the design process from ideation and user flows through final visual design and responsive implementation.
• Partner with Product Management, User Research, and Engineering to shape requirements and ensure feasible, accurate handoffs.
• Iterate on designs using user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Mentor less experienced designers and contribute to design processes, tooling, and team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, usability, and visual detail.
• Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design, and responsive web design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and applying qualitative and quantitative feedback.
