TL;DR

Product Designer (AI): Crafting intuitive user experiences for an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner across mobile and web platforms with an accent on user-centered design and scalability. Focus on building consistent design systems, conducting user research, and translating complex requirements into pixel-perfect interfaces.

Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €36K – €46K

What you will do

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop and maintain design systems for iOS, Android, and web interfaces while respecting platform-specific guidelines.
  • Own the entire design process from concept ideation and user flows to final visual design.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth asset handoff.
  • Iteratively refine designs based on A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced designers and improve internal design processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and usability.
  • Proficiency in native mobile patterns (iOS HIG, Android Material Design) and responsive web principles.
  • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing.
