What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on project selection and prioritization to drive TPM knowledge and skill development.
• Plan, deliver, and communicate WCO initiatives and financial business improvement results to management.
• Lead and coach Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) and Green Belt (GB) projects to drive TPM initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate LEAN events with Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.
• Identify and implement training and development plans for WCO team members.
• Document the WCO program, update the CI database, and conduct project report-outs for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Hammond, IN, USA.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Significant experience with Six Sigma, TPM, Lean, and skills coaching.
• Demonstrated successful project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the packaging industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to effect change.
