What you will do

• Act as the senior HR leader in the UK, partnering with executive stakeholders and board-level committees.
• Drive the People strategy aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
• Ensure HR compliance with UK regulatory frameworks, including governance, controls, and reporting.
• Oversee HR processes to ensure they are robust, scalable, and compliant.
• Partner with Legal on complex employee relations, disciplinary processes, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cultural initiatives, engagement surveys, and the embedding of a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR leadership experience within a regulated financial institution or bank.
• Experience operating in a head or chief role within a large, complex organization.
• Deep knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks, specifically SMCR.
• Experience working directly with regulators, board members, and governance committees.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills at the executive level.
• Must be based in London.
