What you will do

• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and international growth.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to support evolving operating models.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment while addressing specific local requirements.
• Use data and insights to identify people-related risks and measure the impact of HR interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with a strong background as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in complex or matrixed international organizations.
• Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Commercially minded with demonstrated ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or regulated environments.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent.
• Exposure to or direct experience with M&A processes.
• Previous experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
