What you will do
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and international growth.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and development.
- Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to support evolving operating models.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment while addressing specific local requirements.
- Use data and insights to identify people-related risks and measure the impact of HR interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with a strong background as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in complex or matrixed international organizations.
- Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations cases and organizational change.
- Commercially minded with demonstrated ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or regulated environments.
- Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Nice to have
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent.
- Exposure to or direct experience with M&A processes.
- Previous experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
