Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Amarillo, US. Typically 2 days remote and 3 days onsite.
Salary: $105,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Acquire new clients and manage an agricultural loan portfolio (minimum $150M) to increase annual bottom-line profit.
- Provide tailored banking products and lending services to the top 25% of agricultural producers.
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams and financial analysts for loan structuring, approval, and closing.
- Build a referral network through relationships with appraisers, attorneys, CPAs, and ag retailers.
- Utilize global market research to position the bank as a knowledge provider for clients.
- Mentor financial analysts in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management or agricultural finance.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship provided).
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements, risk in appraisals, and crop insurance reports.
- Ability to travel regionally more than 50% of the time.
- Successfully completed advanced credit/risk structuring and relationship sales courses.
