Salary: $150,000 base, $250,000 total at plan

What you will do

• Manage Territory Managers and Sales Associates within the Desert North region.
• Plan and implement sales programs to meet or exceed revenue quotas and profit objectives.
• Conduct field work (averaging 4 days/week) to coach and develop sales professionals.
• Engage with key accounts and build long-term professional relationships.
• Implement and monitor the hirify.global CMS Strategic Plan.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance appraisal of the regional sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must reside within the assigned Region (Phoenix, AZ area).
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, or pharma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales management.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
