What you will do
- Define, create, and manage training and development programs for various field sales roles, including Territory and Regional Managers.
- Lead and supervise a dedicated training team across 10 areas and 65 regions to improve clinical knowledge and sales performance.
- Develop specialized training paths, curriculum, and phased onboarding programs for new and struggling sales representatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Medical Affairs to align training with product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Direct the planning and execution of global training programs, including coordination with CMS Europe.
- Establish measurable metrics and reporting to evaluate the success and impact of all training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or comparable experience in medical equipment sales training.
- 8+ years of combined experience in sales roles and sales coaching/training.
- 8+ years of experience managing or leading teams.
- Proven experience in a global setting, managing teams across different markets, cultures, and languages.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning strategies.
- Location: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
