TL;DR

Territory Manager (Blacksburg): Selling non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillator systems and cardiac diagnostic services to healthcare professionals with an accent on clinical education, utilization promotion, and sales support activities. Focus on achieving sales objectives, managing territory accounts, and ensuring proper billing and reimbursement processes.

Location: Blacksburg, VA. Must live within the assigned territory and work daily in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and medical establishments.

Compensation: $194,500 at plan (base $100,000 + variable incentive)

What you will do

  • Provide clinical data to healthcare professionals on sudden cardiac death risks and the role of wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD).
  • Sell and support ZOLL cardiac diagnostic products, Patient Management System (ZPM), and educate on ordering/billing requirements.
  • Drive consistent product utilization through sales activities, local medical education, tradeshows, and symposiums.
  • Achieve assigned sales objectives, maintain account databases, and prepare business plans and reports.
  • Analyze territory trends, manage expenses, and ensure credentialing/access to all accounts.
  • Attend medical education programs, conventions, and represent ZOLL professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years sales experience in medical equipment, specialized/hospital pharmaceutical sales, or 5+ years general sales with 1+ in healthcare.
  • Valid state driver’s license required. Must live within the assigned territory (Blacksburg, VA).
  • Ability to be credentialed/have access in all customer accounts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Documented sales success history.

  • Cardiology experience.
