Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 base.

What you will do

• Serve as strategic partner to CEO and executives, shaping company direction, resource allocation, and growth priorities
• Translate CEO vision into actionable financial models, lead strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Collaborate on pricing, GTM, and monetization with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Prepare board materials, support fundraising, and manage investor communications
• Own FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, churn
• Build and mentor finance team, optimize systems like NetSuite, ensure GAAP compliance

Requirements

• 12+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Prior VP Finance, Senior Director or equivalent, owning finance function
• Strategic business partner track record, influencing beyond finance
• Strong FP&A, accounting, financial modeling, Excel, NetSuite experience
• GAAP, SaaS metrics, board reporting, fundraising, M&A hands-on
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
