Technical Account Manager (Public Safety)

Technical Account Manager (Public Safety): Serving as the primary technical resource for agency admins and analysts to accelerate time-to-value and long-term adoption of Safe City and Drone products with an accent on technical enablement and support. Focus on delivering tailored onboarding trainings, resolving complex technical issues, and bridging the gap between customers and internal product teams.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be located in MST/PST timezone. Requires up to 70-80% travel.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for agency admins, analysts, and training leads.
• Execute tailored onboarding and refresher training programs, including "Train the Trainer" initiatives.
• Triage and resolve inbound technical questions in collaboration with Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide product knowledge and workflow guidance to CSMs.
• Collaborate with product teams to document customer pain points and advocate for user experience improvements.
• Support the testing and rollout of new features with key customer partners.

Requirements

• Must be located in MST/PST timezone.
• Ability to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CJIS certification (requires fingerprint-based background check).
• FAA Part 107 drone operations and compliance (highly preferred).
• Experience with large-scale IT systems in government or public safety (preferred).
