Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco hub. 25% domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases, objectives, and metrics, then co-develop custom AI solutions and execute strategies driving adoption.
• Build champion communities including advocate networks, power user groups, and internal trainers to scale enablement and peer-to-peer learning.
• Lead educational workshops and live events, facilitating tailored training sessions and creating engaging experiences that inspire action.
• Continuously improve materials based on feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, identify gaps, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of proven track record in customer success and activation, driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience with customer use cases, implementing activation strategies like champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities, connecting platform usage to business outcomes and ROI.
• AI and technical proficiency to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos.
• Expertise in facilitation and education, delivering workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration, program management, and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
