What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with 20-300 employees.
- Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
- Apply Smart & Soft selling methods to provide a personalized and delightful prospect experience.
- Close strategic opportunities with an average ARR of 150K€.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products, methods, and growth strategy based on field insights.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
- Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
- Strong organization and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (SaaS) business models.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
