TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the metallurgy industry within the French market with an accent on high-touch strategy and value-based selling. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz (France)

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with 20-300 employees.
  • Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Apply Smart & Soft selling methods to provide a personalized and delightful prospect experience.
  • Close strategic opportunities with an average ARR of 150K€.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products, methods, and growth strategy based on field insights.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
  • Strong organization and exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (SaaS) business models.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
