Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz (France)

hirify.global is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one seamless system to make prevention the new norm of care.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospection to closing.
  • Develop strategic relationships with HR executives and CEOs in the Business Services and Media industries.
  • Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Partner with companies of 30-300 employees to solve their talent attraction and health benefit challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape product evolution and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle, including a strong focus on prospecting.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to one of the following cities: Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
