What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospection to closing.
- Develop strategic relationships with HR executives and CEOs in the Business Services and Media industries.
- Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
- Partner with companies of 30-300 employees to solve their talent attraction and health benefit challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape product evolution and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle, including a strong focus on prospecting.
- Full working proficiency in French (C2+).
- Advanced level of English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to one of the following cities: Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
