Requirements

• Expertise in desktop software design and hardware constraints.
• Experience solving interaction problems in large, complex applications.
• Senior designer level or above, with deep collaboration across design and engineering.
• Strong verbal/written communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping with AI tools like Replit and Figma Make.
• Comfort in self-directed culture, navigating ambiguity, and understanding emerging technologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating these skills.
