Salary: $160,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the website, including design, structure, and continuous optimization for cohesive user experience
• Establish build-test-learn framework to identify opportunities, launch improvements, and iterate based on performance data
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate production and minimize engineering dependency
• Collaborate with marketing to translate conversion and engagement metrics into design improvements
• Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and templates for consistent content creation
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align digital experiences with strategic objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end website design with portfolio showcasing strong UX and modern digital experiences
• Expertise with Webflow or similar platforms to build and ship independently
• Strong familiarity with AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding and automation
• Systems-oriented mindset for scalable frameworks
• Experience in performance-driven environments, interpreting data for design decisions
• Excellent communication to articulate design rationale
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, balancing speed and quality
