What you will do

• Provide pragmatic legal support for employment law and HR risks across the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, and LatAm.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external legal counsels and HR Business Partners.
• Support global HR projects and proactively inform the department of new labor law developments.
• Develop, implement, and review employment policies, procedures, and compensation & benefits structures.
• Lead training on legal matters for HR and managers and supervise external legal costs.
• Manage high-stakes HR activities, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Law.
• Mandatory experience in UK jurisdiction (qualification in UK law preferred).
• Hands-on experience advising multiple regions in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of negotiation skills and resilience when handling business pushback.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
