What you will do

• Advise on corporate governance, group structuring, board matters, entity formations, restructures, closures, and dividend payments.
• Manage administration for international entities, including corporate records, minutes, resolutions, and risk registers.
• Support commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and licensing arrangements.
• Assist with KYC, internal policies, approvals, and delegated authorities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across jurisdictions, identify risks, and provide training to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams and outside counsel on multi-jurisdictional initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 4+ years PQE.
• Strong academic background: LLB (Hons) 2:1 or above, LPC Merit and above.
• Experience in corporate law at top law firm or in-house legal department.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work extended hours and travel as required.

Nice to have

• In-house experience or client secondments.
• Knowledge of European or Asian corporate law.
• Experience with Tax, HR, Finance matters.
• Entertainment or sports industry experience.
