What you will do

• Provide legal expertise on financial services regulation, alternative investment funds, data protection, and commercial contracts
• Oversee work of other legal team members
• Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Compliance, and Risk
• Represent the group in negotiations with suppliers and clients
• Monitor impact of evolving regulations on the alternative investment funds industry
• Streamline documentation, policies, and precedents; participate in group projects

Requirements

• Master of Laws or Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials
• Admitted as a solicitor with 10+ years PQE
• Strong experience in corporate and financial services regulation
• Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice
• High-quality written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail
• Experience managing complex projects and teams under deadlines
• Mix of in-house counsel in financial services and top-tier law firm experience with international clients
